Stella Li R.M.T.

Stella graduated with honors from the Massage Therapy program at the International Academy of Massage in Ottawa

Stella has a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and over 10 years experience working as a registered nurse in Singapore, China and Macao, specializing in obstetrics. She has a deep knowledge and vast experience in prenatal and postnatal care, newborn and lactation care.  She has special training in breast massage and promotes breast feeding. She has extensive clinical experience in baby massage that helps the health of newborns.

Stella has always had a passion in providing safe and relaxing massage for clients. She is highly recognized by clients for her massage technique when working on the head, neck and shoulders. She  combines different massage techniques, including deep tissue, myofascial, trigger point release, stretch and joint mobilization to treat clients for both therapeutic and relaxation purposes.

Stella is dedicated in helping clients work through any pain, injury, stress or other conditions in a warm and safe environment to achieve the wellness goals of her clients. She strives to provide a therapeutic massage with a client centered approach.

Stella is a mother of two young kids. She loves to spend time with her family, enjoys traveling and cooking.
