Carol is the mother of 3 young men, and the wife of Jim Moore D.C. Having a background education in physical education from York University, Carol's love for the human body, and her own experiences with soft tissue injuries due to athletics, lead her to joining her husband in providing a drug-free and non-invasive approach to healing based on the body's natural ability to heal itself.

Inna provides a safe, comfortable and relaxing environment for her clients. She promotes a holistic approach to health and encourages her clients to seek regular treatments to benefit from the preventative and positive effects of massage and/or acupuncture. Inna uses acupuncture, cranio-sacral, deep tissue, myofascial, and trigger point release, as well as other massage techniques for both therapeutic and relaxation purposes in treating everyday aches and pains, from headaches to overall muscular tension. Her passion involves helping people suffering from stress, anxiety or general lack of well-being.

Mikayla Tennant, Esthetician
Mikayla graduated with honors from Algonquin College's full time Esthetician program in 2020. She was introduced to the spa industry during her highschool co-op credit. After she moved to Ottawa and become a mother, she decided to pursue being an esthetician. She now is focusing on running her own business, Illumina Beauty.
